At Lyngard, every light is crafted with care, and we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us.

If for any reason your purchase is not suitable, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item has not been installed and is returned in its original packaging.

To arrange a return, please contact us at info@lyngard.com with your order number and we will guide you through the process.

As each Lyngard light is carefully produced to order, we kindly ask that all items are returned unused and in their original condition.

Made-to-order items

Certain made-to-order or customised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to advise.

Faulty or damaged items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or repair.

Return shipping

We offer a free returns service if the item is unsuitable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
